2. Tracking information can be found in your order details. If your order contains multiple items, each may have its own delivery date and tracking information.

3. Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
   

   • If your local post office has assigned a local tracking number to your parcel, use that number to track your shipment's status. Please refer to the photo below to see how to identify your local tracking number.

     
   • If your local post office has not provided a local tracking number, you can use the same tracking number to track your package on your country's local post office website. Please refer to the photo below for guidance on where to track your package.
